The S&P 500 saw a weak end to 2015 because of tax loss selling and other factors which put the index under undue pressure, says Serge Berger. 

He believes the index could catch up some of the year-end losses at the start of the new year. He is looking to buy the index at 2040 with a stop loss at 2025 and his target for the trade is 2070.
