Saxo's global macro strategist Kay Van-Petersen examines the big issues over the next few days for the markets.

The French election will be the main event to follow, but Van-Petersen also focuses on geopolitical concerns in North Korea, Syria and Turkey. 

He discusses inflation figures to be released from the Eurozone and New Zealand as well as US housing data and Chinese growth numbers.
