Saxo Bank’s global macro strategist Kay Van-Petersen explains why he thinks it is a big week for global bond yields.

He discusses US 10-year and 30-year bond yields, noting the second close of the year so far with US 10s above three per cent. The first time was in mid-May after which there was a large reversal.
