Just a few months ago, as Fed policy changed, Emerging Markets were plunged into what many called a crisis, now we’re seeing signs of recovery, in equity markets at least.

Saxo Bank's Head of Equity Strategy Peter Garnry has seen the Quant Corner portfolio focussed on emerging markets make 9.2% in ten weeks. The benchmark figure was 4.2%, so a five percent gain.    

Peter outlines trading strategies for emerging markets and explains why equities are seeing positive price action while at the same time leading economic indicators continue to signal a slump in a many countries.
