Hardy: How to avoid Good Friday going bad
609 views
Despite Good Friday being a bank holiday and markets in Europe and the US closed, the US non-farm payroll numbers will be out. They come at a time when forex markets are nervous and there is a high risk of volatility, says Saxo Bank’s John Hardy.
John Hardy says he is looking at options as a way of trading USDJPY. The pair has been stuck in a range for a while, but with Japan coming towards the end of the financial year, USDJPY could become more dynamic.
Because of the volatility risk, John Hardy prefers to wait and see what the NFP numbers are before trading EURUSD.
