Joe Neighbour sees the FTSE set to rise after the Fed raised rates by 0.25%. US equities rose reacting to the dovish tone adopted by the committee with steady and slow rises predicted for 2016.  

Joe believes markets will welcome the fact that uncertainty has lifted and he thinks a 'Santa Rally' is now underway with the index trading below some of the higher levels seen earlier this year.
