Alan Collins is bullish on EURUSD . He's encouraged by the third up-week in succession with prices at their most positive levels for 9 weeks.  
The weekly Keltner channel is positive and a recent setback has been limited.  
Buyers returned at 13 day moving average and at the top of Ichimoku cloud.
Alan is looking for an early break of the 100 day line at 1.1261.
Looking to buy at 1.1200 - 1.1210 .
Targets: 1.1291 1.1398.
Risk level: 1.1165.
